This is a used Thompson Center 9920 black powder muzzleloader quick release & duo-ring base adapter. This adapter is made for the Hawken, Penn Hunter & White Mountain Carbine.
This package comes with the original box, a set of instructions and the screws. Some wear can be seen from normal use but it is in great shape.
