Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purhase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please reach out to Tim through this page here to obtain a return authorization within 30 days of delivery. When the item(s) is returned in its original, unaltered condition a refund will be issued minus shipping cost. A refund will be issued in a similar manner of original payment. If the item is grossly misrepresented, or damaged upon reciept a full refund will be given once sufficient evidence has been provided.
No refunds will be issued for inspections, cleaning, handling or any other fees incurred by the buyer.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued for consumables such as brass, and bullets. Be aware that other items may be on the website that are marked as "No Returns".
State Laws:
We do not sell firearms, powder or primers.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the product(s) they order are legal within the state the item is to be delivered to. Staff at The Part Monger try to keep up with current laws in each state, but ultimately it is not our responsibility. If we see that an item is not legal within the state it is to be delivered, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund in full.
Licensure does not matter to us at this moment in time; do not send us any documentation unless requested. Eventually, The Part Monger, LLC will have the capacity to process licenses so please bear with us while we grow.
We do not ship ANY products to California.
States we do not ship consumable ammo products to (i.e., bullets & brass):
- CT, HI, IL, NY, NJ, MA, RI, Washington D.C.
Magazines:
No magazines over the identified round capacity per state, as outlined below, will be shipped regardless of licensure.
States that restrict magazine capacity of up 10 rounds:
- CT, Washington D.C., HI, MA, NJ, NY, RI, VT (rifles only), WA
States that restrict magazine capactiy of up to 15 rounds:
- CO, VT (pistols only)
Shipping:
We do not ship anything internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item and the shipping option chosen. Shipping date estimates may be different than what appear on the shipping quotes page. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS); occassionally, an order may be sent UPS if it is more cost effective.
Please note that the shipping rates are weight-based and dimension based.
As a rule, we do our best to ship next business day, Monday through Friday, but we kindly ask that you give a little wiggle room in case there is a delay.
