Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purhase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please reach out to The Part Monger, here, to obtain a return authorization within 30 days of delivery. When the item(s) is returned in its original, unaltered condition a refund will be issued minus shipping cost. A refund will be issued in a similar manner of original payment. If the item is grossly misrepresented, or damaged upon reciept a full refund will be given once sufficient evidence has been provided.
No refunds will be issued for inspections, cleaning, handling or any other fees incurred by the buyer.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued for brass, and bullets, or any other item on the website that is marked as "No Returns".
State Laws
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the product(s) they order are legal within the state the item is to be delivered to. Staff at The Part Monger try to keep up with current laws in each state, but ultimately it is not our responsibility. If we see that an item is not legal within the state it is to be delivered, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund in full.
Shipping
We do not ship anything internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item and the shipping option chosen. Shipping date estimates may be different than what appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight-based and dimension based.
As a rule, we do our best to ship next business day, including Saturday, but we kindly ask that you give a little wiggle room in case there is a delay.
