Returns Policy
All sales are final and all items are sold as is. Please make sure to look at the pictures thoroughly to ensure you are getting the correct item. Staff at The Part Monger would be more than happy to provide additional details or photos of any product being sold. Returns will be granted if the items is broken in transit, or if was grossly misrepresented by The Part Monger.
If you are not satisfied with the product and would like to return the item, please contact us for more details. Refunds will be given minus a 20% re-stocking fee; the cutsomer will be responsible for return shipping.
State Laws
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the product(s) they order are legal within the state the item is to be delivered to. Staff at The Part Monger try to keep up with current laws in each state, but ultimately it is not our responsibility. If we see that an item is not legal within the state it is to be delivered, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund in full.
Shipping
We do not ship anything internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
